muups is an accounts-receivable automation product for B2B teams who sell on net terms and spend too much time chasing their own money. It is built by a small team that's lived the problem.
We're a tiny operation. Founded in 2026 between San Francisco and Geneva, run by two people for now, building deliberately and shipping carefully. The product is in early-access; the roadmap is shaped by the first finance teams using it in production.
We don't believe in dunning that reads like dunning. The best collectors are calm, on-brand, well-timed and a little dry — and they treat the customer like a customer, even when the invoice is 21 days late. muups writes that voice, learns the situation, and stops the chase the moment the bank says the money's in.
We're heads-down on email today because email collects most of what's owed. Voice, SMS and certified mail are next, in that order, when the data tells us the stubborn ten percent actually needs them.
Honesty over hype
Our pre-launch credibility is the only thing keeping us serious. We don't ship fake counters, fake quotes or features-as-if-they-work.
Boring infrastructure
Plaid for bank read-only, Stripe for payments, EU-hosted Supabase for data. Battle-tested rails so we can spend attention on the product, not the plumbing.

muups looks the same on the landing, in the app, in the favicon, in the emails. One green. One typography system. That's how trust gets built.
